🌟 A.M.J Fusion Vision Statement

By 2027, A.M.J Fusion will establish its landmark flagship restaurant—an immersive culinary destination where bold African spices and timeless French techniques unite. We envision a space where guests gather around thoughtfully crafted menus, experience authentic hospitality, and leave not just satisfied, but inspired. Our restaurant will be more than a dining venue; it will be a cultural bridge, education hub, and community catalyst—featuring seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients, rotating chef‑led tasting menus, and partnerships that empower producers and youth, both locally and in Guinea. Through this flagship, we aspire to elevate West African flavors on the global stage, fostering connection, creativity, and cross‑cultural exchange, one unforgettable meal at a time.“We value teamwork, cultural differences, dedication, food, and people.

Originally from Guinea, Chef Adijatu “Adji” Jalloh discovered her love for cooking after moving to the United States at the age of 8. By 16, she was already making a name for herself—competing in culinary competitions and gaining hands-on experience in professional kitchens.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Culinary and Hospitality Management and has trained at several acclaimed New York City restaurants, including PILOT, Nobu57, and CUT by Wolfgang Puck. Currently, Chef Adji partners with Resident NYC, creating unforgettable private dining experiences for guests.

Outside of the kitchen, she devotes much of her time to humanitarian work in Fouta Djallon, Guinea, helping raise funds for food and medical resources for children in need.

As a James Beard Foundation Fellow, Chef Adji continues to elevate African-inspired cuisine through her own catering company, A.M.J Fusion. Drawing inspiration from her travels and cultural exploration, her mission is to bring West African flavors to the fine dining world, using food as a storytelling medium to bridge cultures and connect people.
